Cybersecurity

At Resource Management Concepts, Inc. (RMC), cybersecurity is more than a service—it’s a mission-critical discipline that protects warfighting capabilities, intellectual property, and national security. As the enterprise Computer Network Defense (CND) provider for the Marine Corps Enterprise Network (MCEN)—the Marine Corps’ warfighting network—RMC plays a vital role in safeguarding one of the Department of Defense’s most critical and globally distributed environments.
Our cybersecurity professionals deliver advanced defense-in-depth solutions that combine cutting-edge tools, proven methodologies, and real-world experience. We deploy and manage Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFWs), enabling application-aware traffic inspection, threat prevention, and granular access control across classified and unclassified networks. Our teams also integrate and operate Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platforms, providing real-time threat detection, forensic analysis, and automated response to cyber incidents.

RMC applies the NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) to ensure systems are securely designed, assessed, authorized, and maintained throughout their lifecycle. From initial architecture to continuous monitoring, our RMF experts ensure compliance while enabling operational flexibility.

To stay ahead of emerging threats, RMC conducts proactive adversarial assessments through Red Team operations, simulating real-world attack scenarios to uncover vulnerabilities and test the effectiveness of defensive measures. Our Red Teams work closely with Blue Team defenders to improve security posture and reinforce resilience across the enterprise.

With a deep understanding of military network environments and cyber operations, RMC is proud to deliver scalable, adaptive, and mission-focused cybersecurity solutions that enable the warfighter and protect the operational integrity of the MCEN and other critical DoD systems.
