PRESS RELEASE

Resource Management Concepts, Inc. (RMC) AWARDED TWO ISO CERTIFICATIONS

LEXINGTON PARK, Md. (May 23, 2022) – Resource Management Concepts, Inc. (RMC) is pleased to announce that we have been awarded ISO 20000-1:2018 and ISO 27001:2013 certifications.

ISO 20000 is an international standard that outlines how organizations can effectively provide information technology service management (ITSM) using industry-standard best practices. This standard helps RMC evaluate and measure the information technology services we deliver to our customers.

The ISO 27001 standard defines how an organization implements an information system management system (ISMS). This auditable standard ensures RMC has set policies, procedures, and processes to keep information safe from cyber security risks.

A Culture of Continuous Improvement

RMC is determined to provide industry-leading services to our customers. Our dedication to achieving ISO certification demonstrates our desire to continually improve those services.

RMC President, Rich Gast, says:

“Achieving ISO 20000-1:2018 and ISO 27001:2013 certification has been a goal of RMC’s for some time, and we are proud to have achieved it. We strive to provide our customers with the best. Having our services measured against international standards of industry excellence ensures that we have processes in place to do just that.”

RMC was audited by Perry Johnson Registrars, Inc., and we were presented with our certificate in March 2022.
