Our History

RMC was founded in 1990 by Mike Colina, a native St. Mary's County resident with a strong commitment to quality, community, and family. RMC's operations began in Mike's basement with one employee (our current Director for Business Development). During the following years, RMC became a certified 8(a) company and began to grow roots in the local community. RMC became known for its superb program management and ability to craft creative solutions for challenging problems. Today, RMC is a robust, mid-size government-contracting firm with a broad customer base.
